Privacy Policy

Marco ("the Service") is an internal marketing operations tool operated by CincyLabs LLC ("we", "us"). This policy describes how we handle data when the Service interacts with third-party platforms on behalf of our team.

1. What We Collect

• Platform tokens. When you authorize Marco to act on your behalf on TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms, we store OAuth access and refresh tokens.
• Usage data. We log commands issued to Marco (who, when, what action) for audit and debugging purposes.
• Content metadata. Titles, captions, and scheduling data for content Marco publishes on your behalf.

2. How We Use It

Tokens are used solely to perform actions you explicitly request (e.g., publish a video, pull analytics). We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the Service for our team.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Data is sent only to the platforms you authorize (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to execute the requested actions.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on our private infrastructure. Tokens are stored in an encrypted database. Access is restricted to authorized team members (owner and operator roles).

5. Data Retention

Tokens are retained as long as the integration is active. Audit logs are retained for 90 days. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the platform in Marco or revoking the app directly on the platform.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. Revoking platform access immediately stops Marco from acting on that account.
